I was wondering if anyone else is doing WW for nursing moms? I did it after DS#1 and loved it and I will be starting again in 3 weeks (after my 6 week check-up). Until I actually start, I am focusing on drinking my water and very easy exercise (taking walks with the double stroller and using a "cardio glide" my mom gave me). I am really excited about getting started on the plan and losing 40-50 pounds.

We have had several WISHers become pregnant but I don't know of any right now who are following WW for nursing mothers.

This is so interesting to me, though. How is is different from regular WW? Do you get extra points, extra milk? Will you describe it for us?

You get 2 points per nursing session upto 10 extra points a day. You also have to increase your water and fruit & veggies (I can not remember off hand how many servings you need to increase it to). I can not remember if you have to increase your dairy (I love dairy--so I never kept track of hoe much dairy I was gettings, it was always more than enough). I will repost once I start with the exact increases.

When I did it after I had my first son, I went over almost everyday and still lost. This time I am going to try to be more on program!!
