? about menu planning

Does anyone have any information about cooking for a day and eating for a month. I read it somewhere and now I can't find it. It gave menus for the month, but you cooked and froze alot of things. I'd appreciate any ideas you have. Thanks.

Try doing a search for "Once a Month" Cooking. I think there was a thread on the Community Board not too long ago. Someone had attended a group cooking day & I think people posted links you could check.

I think I remember a book called "Dinner's in the Freezer" by someone Bond. It was that same idea of cooking ahead, but I think it was more like cooking for a few days and having meals for about four months!
