Yikes, I don't know what happened.

I was so good the first few days, even got a water dispenser from home depot and once I sanatized it the water tasted good.. got my water, won't drink water out of the facute and when I get bottled water I swear it taste like fridge..

Anyway last night we got Roadhouse take out.. I swear the girl must have remembered me from before because she gave us not 4 but 8 rolls... i couldn't pass up the buttery rolls with the cinnamon butter... i only had one. Not too bad in itself... but...

this am I brought my DFiance to pick up his rental for business. We got there before the Hertz place opened and he asked me if i wanted to go to Einstein bagel next door and get a bagel. I gave him a nasty look and said that a bagel wasn't on my diet but told him I would go with him for company. So I got a cinnamon roll with icing instead... yeah like that's better than the bagel.....

Good all day, had egg drop soup with chicken broth, two eggs and mushrooms for lunch...yumm.

Then tonight Panera Bread was calling my name.... Had tuscan chicken sandwich on Bread... bad me...

Back to square one... going to met with the girl at curves tomorrow.. I'll start agian in the AM...

Stay on the beach DMickey. There're sharks in the water. :(
We all blow it from time to time. I had been doing very well, then ate an entire box of Russell Stover val. candy that was left over. I know it shouldn't have even been in the house, but I let well meaning friends give the kids candy. THEY have the sense not to eat it, why can't I?

C'mom DM, lets both get back on track.

I agree with Georgia. You can't leave us now, we won't let you. One of the things I like most about SBD is the ability to make little mistakes but get right back on program. You can do it! You have to believe in yourself - we believe in you.

Please let us know how you are progressing, okay?

Come on DMickey, stay with us. You can do it. Are you having your snacks? Make sure that you are filling up on all the good things you can have so that you don't get so hungry that it makes it hard to say no to the bad. Don't worry, we all falter. But the good thing is that when we do we can just get back on the Beach again. You can do this! ::yes::

You ate that stuff yesterday? Yesterday is history. We don't worry about history here. We only concern ourselves with right now.

How's it going right now?

Thanks for the words of encouragement.

I started off today well. Had scrambled eggs with cottage cheese and v8 juice.

Had a big lunch with grilled chicken I marinated in ceaser dressing since yesterday. I made 6 breasts so we can cut them up and have the on salad!

And I went to Curves this am... it was fun. I think I like it....
It is harder than it looks :)

I got a free week pass to try it from a week, but I will probally join, I need to make the effort to do this! :) Felt good!!

Thanks again for the encouragement. Apparently my tummy goes nuts on the carbs, hurt like heck all day yesterday... better today. LEarned my lesson!

Oh and at curves I weighed 161.5lbs... I started on Monday AM at 164.5lbs... though Sunday I was at 167lbs.. though darn carbs...

Hi DMickey28 - I thought all those restaurants looked familiar! I am one minute from Fishers! Anyway, I've been doing SBD since Sept. Stay away from Panera and Einstein! I was an Einstein regular. I am sure they have noticed that business is down! When you go out, try Ruby Tuesday, Fridays, Puccini's (It is geared toward Atkins and higher fat, but you won't be having carbs), and Sahm's filet is great. At Sahms they always substitue an extra vegetable for the potato and will leave off the croutons on your salad. I don't do Curves, but I really like the Fishers Y. There are all sizes and shapes there. The only problem is it is always CROWDED! Best of luck!
