I am feeling really sorry for myself right now - poor poor me. :(

I am going to NFFC convention this summer and then usually the family comes out and we spend another 8 or 10 days being goofy tourists. :earsboy:

Well the stupid Democratic National Convention is coming to Boston the next week and they have cancelled all time off. There are no exceptions from the Colonel to support personnel.

I get to go to NFFC but have to come back the next day and literally go from airport to work.

I am being very grumpy(and most of the other dwarfs too) about now. Even the dog ran the other way

Feel bad for Kathie too - she will have to listen to me all that week

I am very sorry Lisa. I know what it is like to have to leave the convention catch a flight and go back to work. Can't they check with you first before they schedule something like that?

However, you do get to go to the NFFC convention this year and we are jealous of that!

I wish I could go earlier but I am actually on restriction from July 1st until 30th. The only reason I am getting out for a week is because it was I can show that it was planned from July '03 and my boss is being very very nice. They could actually tell me - too bad - no go at all.

That is the nature of my profession.

As we say when someone complains - "You don't work for Dunkin Donuts"
