I'm trying to vote online at proxyvote.com but I'm getting this message:
The Following Was Reported By The ProxyVote Server:
Sorry, Internet proxy voting is unavailable at this time.

Hmmm. Is this a conspiracy? :)

The home page boasts:

Welcome to the most convenient, secure and fast online Proxy Voting service.

Well, it's secure and fast alright. :(

I couldn't believe that after voting there was an ad to buy a Disney watch. They're relentless!

I was able to vote today, no problem. However as I was reading the proxy_2004.pdf I loved the line, "Accordingly, the Board of Directors recommends that you vote 'AGAINST" this proposal, and your proxy will be so voted if the proposal is presented unless you specify otherwise." I know it's probably standard practice but isn't it great that the board gets their way if the proxy voting system (both online and snail mail) comes to a crashing halt.

I think the watch is a reward for signing up for the Disney Credit Card. I didn't see anything about it being for purchase.

I had a problem using IE6, but went over to my Netscape 4.79 and was able to vote with no problems.

I voted Saturday. No problems either. But, I did not get my Proxy card until Friday

I could not vote yesterday on line, so i just mailed my slip today. It's going to NY, and I live in PA, so it will get there in a couple of days. I thought the voting website was run by an outside company, and not Disney? I think i am supposed to go there to vote my proxy on something I have in my Schwab IRA.

I beleive that watch offer is for people who sign up for the Disney Visa Card. I have the Visa already, so no watch for me. :(

mine were voted online with no problems at all, not even when I casted my votes to OUST Ei$ner and his 3 cronies. :tongue:
