Hope this hasn't been posted already. I wonder what round 2 is going to look like?

I'm more curious as to what Roy has to say about this! I'm afraid that since Ei$ner was the one to turn down the Comcast deal originally, and now the board {his board, of course} has turned it down, does he now become more firmly entrenched? God help us. :( Oh great!, after typing this post out, I find out that the board totally supports Ei$ner!! Like I said, HIS board. {under his thumb?}

I wonder what this does to the Dis stock price tomorrow. It looks like Mikey has lost quite abit of his support on the street.

Eisners ouster will come from Roy's efforts, no? It was always my opinion that his leaving would come about when (1) a hostile takeover was successful, or (2) If (hopefully when) the shareholders give the vote of no confidence in March.

I think they just have to stand behind Ei$ner now so the company doesn't look so volatile. I don't think they are sincerly backing him, but they have to make the company look as strong and united as possible right now.
