I am having an intimate wedding, and as I already know that this is a package deal, I am curious to find out the break down of what everything costs. So far this is what I have found..........
Officiant...........................$125
Flowers...........................$160
(I'm estimating $150 for bridal bouquet, and $10 for boutonniere)
Cake...............................Not sure
Cake topper...................$24.99
Photographer.................$225
Limo................................$292
($73 per hour x 4 hours)
1 bottle of Fairytale Cuvee..$68
Violinist...............................Don't know
Location fee........................Don't know
Wedding Coordinator..........Don't know
What I have listed here adds up to $895. Where is the other $1405 going. Please help me determine the costs of these other amenities that are included in the package. If I have forgotten something or miss priced something, please let me know.
Thanks.

I have heard the site fee for the pavillion is 500.00. I could be wrong though. I believe I may have seen this either on the unofficial disney wedding site or through andrea's book. As my opinion, though, with what you have leftover, I think that it sounds like a fair price. Cakes in my area are 1-2.00 a slice.
That is really interesting. I am glad someone thought to do it.

I'm thinking cake for a Custom Wedding - in 1996 (has it really been that long???) was $5-$10 per slice.
There was not a "named" fee for the EM - but I believe 10-20% is average where we live.

Well, for a custom, the WP is $2200 and all others are $1200.
A violinist is $425 for 3 hours
My cake (feeds 50) is $452.63 plus $76.04 serving fee ($8.50 pp for cake, minimium 50 and $1.70 pp fee for 42 people)
My officiant is $175 (Rev. Day)
Hope that helps you figre out some of the money.

Thanks to all of you who responded to this thread.
I do want to let you know that My location is at the Yacht club, not the WP. I know that WP weddings are $700 more than the other locations. Also, I will only be having the violinist for less than 2 hours, and how much do you think the cake cost as a whole cake, not by the slice? (this would be the cake provided in the package)

The Yacht Club Wedding Gazebo is $1200 site fee.
Meranda, if you're thinking of getting a less expensive wedding you might want to look at packages with the Swan, they're beautiful. I don't know that this whole break down of the pricing you're doing is going to work out the way you want, to be perfectly honest.

Thanks for the suggestion (I did hear that that Swan was beautiful and that they do offer more than the other resorts), but I do already have my wedding packaged booked. I am actually happy about the price, but was just seeing if I could determine where the money was being spent, thats all.

Meranda I know if I was having a bridal bouquet made by Disney for my Custom weding that it would cost around $250 so that's an extra $100 right there.
Also where the cake is concerned - I think they would price that at around $200 looking at the sizes of them for intimate weddings.
I calculated the violinist at $283 for 2 hours.
I certainly see where you are coming from in trying to work out just what it is you're paying for on what Disney are charging you.
When I worked it out on all the above I got a total of $2678 or $2578 if you take off the $100 for the bigger bridal bouquet costs I quoted.

One biggy that no one mentioned is the wedding coordinator as well. My coordinator went way out of her way to take care of everything for our wedding.
