Anyone use Cheaptickets.com? Advice?

Has anyone ever used CHEAPTICKETS.COM? I would love to know if they are a priceline type operation, or if you are able to choose more specific flight times and dates?

I received an email about a flight from BOS to MCO for about $166 (but if we have to connect 4 times, or can't pick the date/time it just isn't cheap enough)

while I myself have never used them I know people that have. they were happy with it but be careful as to any svc fees they may tack on to the final air price. I think its like 11 per tkt or something. that to me wasn't worth it.
