Vero Beach and Hilton Head in February

Can anyone tell me what the weather is like at Vero Beach in February. My husband and I are considering a trip, but as we live in Connecticut it would be great if the weather was warm. I'm sure even cool weather down there would be better than home. We would probably be driving and are also considering a stop at Hilton Head on the way home.

i can't speak generally, but on our visit to vero last february we had great weather. we stayed a week over the president's day holiday, and while there was a bit of rain (which they badly need) by and large it was warm and sunny. pool weather almost every day. i'm sure you can look up the actual averages somewhere on yahoo, but by february i'm happy with anything over 70 degrees (and as i recall vero was about 80 when we were there)
