What's Getting built behind POP CENTURY ??

I love the new Arial View picture posted in the the Did... as I was thumbing through, I noticed in teh POP CENTURY pictures, a big construction area just across the lake... There where a few framed out buildings, and what look like foundations with the same layout as the other discount resorts...
Is it a continuation of POP Cenury?

Anyone know?

That's the other half of the PC resort. The bridge (Generation Gap) connects the two.
