Yea! Another New Clippie! Last week I went from 15 to 20 lbs. and now this week I got that 25 lb. clippie! Yea!
I have to admit I am back to Weight Watchers Full-time! I tried the 6 week makeover and DID loose some weight. However, it was a strict DIET (sorry for the foul language). I could not live with NO dairy, salt, sugar, and never did I drink 100 ounces of water a day. I feel alive again to be back to following weight watchers. Tomorrow I am going to check out Curves!::yes::
I am down 25 and have only 20 left to reach MY goal.:teeth:
By the way! Me and DH's real motivation was our blood pressure's. I was not on medication and DH was. He has lost 40 pounds and blood pressure is fine as well as cholesterol, etc. My blood pressure seems to be good as well! I haven't had my cholesterol checked, but I will within the next month.
I am motivated once again! New goal is to loose 10 pounds by the time my HHI countdown reaches zero!:teeth:
