We have reservations for July 21 at BWV.What are the policies on cancellations?New member here.

If you cancel more than 30 days out, (tomorrow June 20 would be the deadline), the points go back into your account to use normally.

If you cancel 30 days or less before, the points go into a holding account and can only be used to make a reservation 60 days or less before arrival. They must be used by the end of your use year, they cannot be banked.

If you cancel 31 or more days ahead, your points are returned to your account to be used in the normal fashion.

If you cancel 30 days or less before, the points go into a holding account, where they may only be used for a reservation 60 days or less in advance. They may not be banked and will expire at the end of your current use year- if not used as described above.

If you fail to make it to the resort on your check-in day, the points used for the reservation will already be applied to that stay and will not be placed in a holding account.
