change of plans - advice please

Last night we made a change to the roster of parks we'll be visiting. Originally we were going to do this:

Thu 2/26 Universal Studios
Fri 2/27 Magic Kingdom
Sat 2/28 Sea World

But now we've replaced Sea World with Busch Gardens Tampa, and I don't know the best day to do each park.

I put the MK on Friday, because Thursday is an EMH day, and Saturdays are packed. I don't know if that's the best day for it or not.

Either way, I'd like to know from others if, given these three parks and those three days, which would you do when, and why?

I would instead spend two days at Universal--one day at each park. There is a lot to see there. That is unless you've gone before and don't want to spend that much time there...

We have done IOA before and enjoyed it, so this time our only repeat park will be MK. The BG and US visits will be first time visits for us.

So what would you do with only one day at US? When would you go?
