For those of you on WW how many points do you usually eat for dinner or how much do you save?

Dinner is my biggest meal of the day and I usually have anywhere between 8-12 points depending on what it is that we are having.

I try to keep my points values balanced for all my meals, of course dinner is always a few points higher. I usually do 5-6 for breakfast and lunch. That leaves me about 12-14 points for snacks and dinner. I very rarely use lex points, but try to eat to max everyday. Of course this week I used all my flex points with Superbowl munchies.

All depends on what my plans are. If nothing special, I'd say I use 8-14 pts for dinner (my target is 24). Last week, I really wanted chinese, so I saved my pts all day and used 18 on that dinner! There have been a few days where I was really hungry during the day and only had about 6 for dinner (had WW frozen meals on those days).

i'm the opposite, dinner is usually my smallest meal. i work out in the evenings, so i like to load up my food in the morning/afternoon to fuel my runs. and usually when i'm done running, i'm not very hungry anyway. so usually about 5-6 for dinner for me. breakfast is usually around 4, and lunch 8-10. throw in a few snacks, and that's the day :). i think it's all just a matter of preference. whatever works for you!
