Keep in mind I am doing WW's

I have been just craving a donut. Thinking about them, dreaming about them, stopping and staring at them in Food Lion. Well I had to get gas the other day at WAWA and I did it, I broke down and went in and bought 2 cookies and cream donuts. All the while just kicking myself for buying them. I ate them both on the way home and I can honestly say that my once favorite donut itsn't anymore. I felt so horrible after eating them I wanted to just shoot myself which totally blows my mind. I have never been like this before. Usually, I go on a diet and then break it without a second thought. Something weird has happened to me. I don't crave sweets like I use to. WOO HOO!!!!!! The one sweet that I do crave is Edy's Orange Sherbert with Chocolate Chips. But I have learned to eat a 1/2 cup of ice cream (only 3 points).

I am so proud of myself!

You should be proud of yourself:D

2 donuts will not kill your diet. As long as you leave em for every once in a loooong while. Every day is another story. It sounds like you are really working hard to overcome your urges. And trust me, the only way to overcome them is to sometimes give in. I once read in old WW literature that if you have a craving for more than an hour then you should have what you crave, just don't binge on it. i usually wait longer for something like a donut, but if it gets bad enough i give in. And it sounds like are doing great on the ice cream(which will probably be my downfall come summer. I never have an urge for ice cream when its cold). So just keep working and eventually you'll get to where you want to be.

Sorry that you felt sick after eating them!:( That is no fun, but at least it showed you how evil those donuts are, right??;):p I did that once with a Sugar Cookie...I had been on Atkins for about a month and a half with no sugar at all, then broke down and ate a cookie....it was the worst thing I could have done...I was sick all day long after and it just wasn't worth it to me!

Good Luck!
