Well, I weighed today and said happy HELLO to ONEderfland!!!

Fifteen pounds in 3 weeks... best January I've ever had!

The gym was closed for repairs yesterday so we didn't get a chance to weigh, so I didn't weigh Michael but he's losing so many inches and has so much energy the weight doesn't matter!

I started my second real estate class today and sat next to a lovely, very thin lady. She told me that she weighed 218 pounds a year ago! I asked her HOW did she do it?

Like so many people I asked that question to she sayd... LOW CARB....

It's just amazing!

Again, thanks for all of your support! I couldn't wait to get home tonight to report this. First thing I think about is how I can't WAIT to tell you guys! :bounce:

Low-carb is seemingly EVERYWHERE these days, isn't it? Makes it much easier to stick with!

So exciting, Robin! How great that you have broken that barrier already.

Did you remember to measure our Michael? I'll bet he is dropping more inches than pounds.

Y'all are just doing so well. I'm so proud of both of you!
