give an address - the AAA book does not have any day inn eastgate in it?

there is a Day Inn Lake Buena Vista Hotel in LBV

there are several in Kissimmee and several in Orlando.

so give more information.

Days Inn Maingate east is on 192 (not next to DTD).

this is called Day Suites at old town by AAA

they give it 2 stars - as had been noted - AAA 2 stars - are not in some cases 2 stars - they are worst - I am staying at Rodeway Inn (this site has some great rates on this hotel) it is also a 2 stars by AAA. So I can tell how I feel about 2 stars in June - when I get back.

okay that is Day Inn Lake Buena Vista Hotel - I stayed there (again back in the 80's) - the hotel was nice then - very nice - the problem was the transportation - their buses went to the other Day inn before it went to the parks...It only went to 3 - but that added alot of time to transportation that if I had know I would have rented a car. (of course then you are struck paying the parking fee $7 to $8 per park per day). Once you pay this at a WDW park or US/ioa you only pay if once a day.

AAA has again given it 2 stars - but some of the best hotels are in Lake Buena Vista - so this is probably a better hotel than the ones in Kissimmee.
