To my knowledge it doesn't have a Mears-type shuttle. Most posters just rent a vehicle. There is taxi and limousine service.

You really want to rent a car if your flying into TPA. Some of the towncar companies will pick you up in Tampa (check) BUT IT'S EXPENSIVE.
