Fantasmic Dinner Pkg confusion!

I am very confused. Please help!
I made Fantasmic Dinner Pkg ps for our April trip at Hollywood and Vine. They gave me 4:30 ressie. Ok, I thought when the park hours were up I would call back for a later seating. Dining CM today told me the Fantasmic Dinner Pkg is only for the early showing of Fantasmic. I thought I could get them for the later showing!
Does anyone know what the truth is here? I thought, I have read here, that you could get it for the later show and have a later dining time!

I haven't heard that one, but I'd trust the CM.

They have never offered the package with the later show. During the busy Easter week (before and after), people will line up for the first Fantasmic showing at least 2-hours ahead. The second showing is crowded, but there is still room on the sides for late walk-ins, and thus, no need for the dinner package.

I dont know aobut the exact rules, but I agree with what disneydiz said. We went to the 2nd show of Fantasmic during Christmas week(another busy time) and were able to walk in without the package 20 minutes in advance. We got great seats up front, and by the time the show started the side sections were still empty. :D

I dont know, we have dinner ressies for the Fantasmic show in Epcot at the Odyssey for 7:30. I think its a package, its with the Magical Gatherings deal. Could it be different?

What time is the early show for Fantasmic? I want to make certain it is good & dark and we can see the special effects well.

Is the 50's Prime Time Cafe included as a choice for Fantasmic?

I called and the show is scheduled for 8:30 on April 7, 2004.

I have looked at the park hours and Fantasmic showings for April 10th, there are 2 shows that night. It is a very busy time of year, and just don't understand why I can't get a later dining time. We have lined up for the second showing for many years and there is always a long wait to get into the theater! I just thought (stupid of me) that they would offer later dining for the second show.:rolleyes: once the later show had been added.

When you go on the official Disney site's calendar, just click on the date and the Fantasmic show times come up. They are having two each night of Easter week.
