eastern vs western 7 day?

which do you recommend? this is our first time ever going on a cruise...my dh and me. any thoughts on either cruise would be much appreciated! thanks!

To me the best part of the cruise is your time on the boat. I love the extra days at sea on the Eastern so I would vote there.:D ;) :Pinkbounc :bounce:

We have done both and the Eastern is definitely our favorite! The days at sea are awesome! Much preferred the ports on the Eastern too. Had a great time on both!!

I like the Eastern too. The extra sea days are great. I can live without Key West- ugh! Grand Cayman is nice & Cozumel better than St. Maarten. Overall the Eastern gets my vote!

Can't wait for the 4/17 Eastern!

I prefer the ports on the Western - Grand Cayman and Cozumel.
We enjoy snorkeling and find those ports to have the better snorkeling.

I prefer the Eastern ports and the extra sea day....totally a personal preference issue though.

we too liked the western ports better than the eastern, but there is a new eastern cruise this summer that we are taking. You go to St Thomas, San Juan and CC.

this selection made us booked another trip. I wouldn't have done so with the usual Eastern cruise itinerary.
