Hi,
Needed to contact member services today and tried the freephone number but it was permanently engaged,so I tried the regular International number and got straight through.I know it costs a lot to use but if you need to get in touch with them in hurry thought it was worth knowing.

UK Freephone number doesn't work from where I live so I use
USA 1 800 number, get message that I am going to have to pay and get through straight away.

Have you thought about opening an Onetell account? I did this just to get the 2.5p a min to the states. There is no mouthly charge, only the calls you make.
