Havent booked our excursions yet but know which ones we want and did them on the western magic last year.
We have early dining and are arriving day before and staying at the Radisson at the port.
We are also staying a week after cruise to get some more use out of our annual passes.

We booked the 2pm dolphin swim.
The earlier ones do get behind sometimes. I think this is because all of the cruise ships are busy getting people through there for the dolphin encounter. Early on, the park is SO crowded with all the excursions.
We were very happy last time and got the 3:30 royal swim. We shopped in Cozumel in the a.m.. Went to the park. Our group went on time, 5 people with 7 dolphins. We were the last swim of the day and we were so lucky to get all those dolphins :) Usually I think it is 8 people and 2 dolphins. We enjoyed being the last of the day. Plan on buying the video, it is adorable.
This time its already booked so we opted for 2:00.
The park is very nice and there are lots of things for the kids to do, so spend some extra time there.
We need to get our dds in contact with each other. I will pm. you

We are so excited to get away out of this cold, and enjoy some wonderful time with the Disney crew.
We sailed on the Magic last year in April.

:) More older girls! MY DD, 12(almost 13) will be so happy. I guess there is room on the ship for three families now.
We can't wait!

Thanks for getting back to me!
We are going to go to school on the 5th, we have had so many snow days this year, I bet that a final will be given on that day!
Kaitlin is my 12 year old, she is very outgoing.
Her older sister is a bit quiter, but both can't wait until we sail again.
Do you have any suggestions for Key West? Last year we Kayaked (sp?) as a family, it really wasn't the best idea that I have ever had. However the memories from the trip will last a lifetime! You also have the span in ages with your family.
Have a great day,
rhoni
