:wave: I managed to get an hour workout in and it felt great. I did the elliptical for 30 minutes and then I ran 4 laps around the gym and then for the rest of the time I played basketball with DH and DS. I was amazed at how great I felt and how much fun I had with DS, normally I would sit on the side lines and watch, so this was a big deal for me.

How about you, did you exercise today?

HI Tiggerlover! I did my Firm Complete Aerobics & Weight Training! Now I just have to get off this computer and get moving this morning! Have a great day everyone!:wave2:

I did Curves for almost an hour (yeah, I know that I'm pushing it) but it felt great!!

I did the FIRM complete Aerobics and weight training tape. I have been VERY lax about exercising this week. It felt good to get myself motivated again.
I just came in from playing in the snow with the kids. I'm gonna get off this computer now and go up and do my tape again today. ::yes::

Me! I did the 3 miles walk away the pounds for the 1st time. It's a little repetitive, but I think it will grow on me.

I managed to do 40 minutes of the FIRM cardio video. I am working my way up to completing the entire 55 minute video (one of these days).

Michael and I went to the gym today together! He did about a half hour on the treadmill (there's a TV attached, that's why!) and I did legs and chest on the Universal machine.

We also walked around the complex, about a mile and a half.

It's amazing how exercise makes you sweat out all those bad cravings!

GREAT JOB Tigger on the basketball- I tried to play football with my son in the backyard (4&5 year old daughters running tackle) and I made it about 15 minutes before I was EXHAUSTED!!

Saturday, was my Y day, I did 30 minutes treadmill- could only keep a 4.0 pace for about 15 minutes of it and 3.7 for the rest- I was really feeling sluggish- think I'm gonna add carbs in after my weigh in on Tuesday. Then I did 45 minutes of nautilus. I'm working up to that elliptical machine- I don't think I'm ready for moving four body parts at once! :) I like my arm machines, leg machines, but a machine that makes me move both at the same time is overload on my brain! :)

Let's make next week a heart training week!

I did the The Firm's AbSculpt routine. Not very long (only about 20 minutes - skipped the stretch at the end), but I was in a hurry. Glad I got what I did.
