Use caution with the Bryers LC Ice Cream - It DOES have high fructose corn syrup in it.
(Doesn't cause any problems for hubby or me- as long as we stick to a single 1/2 cup serving, but it can mess up some!)
BTW - it tastes GREAT! Chocolate is my favorite - hubby likes the Vanilla best. Strawberry has good flavor, but tends to be a little less smooth and creamy.

I have to say that I am amazed at the addition of low carb products at most of the stores that I shop at. I was excited when I found the Atkins bake/muffin mixes but now there is practically a whole aisle dedicated to low carbing. I would love to hear some reviews of the products you tried. I can tell you that the Atkins muffin mixes that I have tried are pretty good & make a good quick breakfast. My favorite is the orange cranberry. You just have to make sure that you don't overbake them. I tried the Atkins bbq sauce and didn't like it at all :earseek: I also tried the sour cream & onion Atkins crunchers & threw the bag away after tasting one

These products can get pretty pricey, so I would love to be able to hear reviews before I spend $$ on something that I will not eat.
