Here are my answers.

1. What is your favorite Movie?

"Steal Magnolias" that movie makes you laugh, makes you cry, and makes you happy to be a strong woman.

2. What kind of music do you listen to?

I listen to all kinds. Right now I listen to a lot of Sarah Mcclauglin (no idea how to spell her last name), Sheryl Crow, Michele Branch, and Beatles.

3. Do you like to read? Tell us about your favorite book or author.

I love to read. I am a huge Nora Roberts fan and my favorite book of hers are the Born In series. Born in Fire, Born in Ice, and Born in Shame are great books and when I read them I feel like I am visiting old friends.

4. What kind of car do you drive?

I own a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon that is my baby.

5. Are you a planner or a go with the flow type person?

I am a Type A planner :D

6. What is your biggest fear?

Fire.

7. What is your favorite outdoor activity?

Doing a team thing like playing volleyball, or horse shoes.

Tuna Casserole. 1 box of instant Macaroni and Cheese, can of Mushroom Soup, can of peas, and 1 can of tuna. Make the Mac and cheese according to directions and then add everything else to it. Put in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes with shredded cheddar cheese on the top.

10. Another Disney Question - which is your favorite Theme Park?

Right now it is MGM but I look forward to exploring the Animal Kingdom park in more detail in just 20 days!

Amanda, thanks for posting new questions!! I really enjoyed the last thread and was hoping for more! Some of these questions are a lot tougher, though!

1. What is your favorite Movie? I don't really have an all-time favorite. I loved the Lord of the Rings trilogy and could watch it again.

2. What kind of music do you listen to? My radios are tuned to country music, and on the net I listen to the old crooners like Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Ella Fitzgerald, all the old classics.

3. Do you like to read? Tell us about your favorite book or author. My favorite author to ponder is Richard Bach (wrote Jonathon Livingston Seagull and others) because he has some very deep and interesting ideas in his books. My favorite "escape" author is probably Nora Roberts or LaVyrle Spencer.

4. What kind of car do you drive? a 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan - perfect for those long drives from PA to Disney World. :)

5. Are you a planner or a go with the flow type person? I plan like crazy and then when the time comes I can easily chuck the plan and go with the flow.

6. What is your biggest fear? I have limited eyesight so I'm always afraid of not seeing something (like stairs) or not being able to find someone I'm supposed to meet when they are standing in plain view.

7. What is your favorite outdoor activity? Sitting in the hot tub at Disney! :D

8. What is your favorite curse word? I don't generally use them. When I get really upset, I say "fudgie buckets!" :D

At Christmas, I always make a Heavenly Ham, scalloped potatoes and green beans almondine.

10. Another Disney Question - which is your favorite Theme Park? Really tough question as I like all 4 for different reasons. If I could only pick one, though, it would have to be the Magic Kingdom - can't replace that feeling of walking down Main Street toward Cinderella's Castle or watching SpectroMagic.

My favorite author is Diana Gabaldon. She has a series of 4 books starting with the Outlander. The whole set is probably my fav books to read. But I really adore any historical romances.

Hi everyone!

1. Fav. movie-- The 1939 version of Wuthering Heights--I'm a huge Oliver fan! Recent movie- I must have seen Braveheart over 100 times!

2. Music-- 70's/80's classic rock mostly (Zeppelin, AC/DC, etc.), although I also own a lot of classical and opera.

3. Like to read-- Anything by Adrianna Trigianni, or a good psychological thriller (Silence of the Lambs genre). Fav. book of all time is Daphne du Maurier's Rebecca.

1. What is your favorite Movie?
**So many movies....it actually depends on the mood I'm in. But right now my favoritemovies happen to be the first 2 Lord Of The Rings. Haven't had time to see the third 1 yet. Hopefully, I'll get there soon.

**I like almost any kind of music, but my radio pretty much all the time is tuned to Country music.

**A homemade concoction of Buttered noodles with Cream of Mushroom soup and Hamburger. Mix together in 1 big bowl and sprinkle Parmesean cheese on top. 1 of my mother's creations when she was bored in the kitchen sometime in my teenhood. Amazing since she doesn't like to cook.

1. Princess Bride and the Lord of the Rings Trilogy (Men with swords, what can I say?)

Man there are a lot of great movies that people are mentioning that I love as well. Especially "The Sound of Music."

Okay okay - I hear ya the questions were a little harder this time but we are not trying to scratch the surface! We are trying to find out who we really are. I'll put some easier ones in next week though. :D

I love to read!! I am currently reading Sue Grafton's series...I am on D is for Deadbeat and I have "E", "F" and "G" on my bedside table. Yesterday I finished Danielle Steel's Johnny Angel...cried my eyes out, a very touching story. I also just finished Nora Roberts "Key" trilogy. More of my favorite authors are: Luann Rice, Francine Rivers, Debbie Macomber and Sandra Brown, to name a few. Can you tell I like to read? Plus I am a librarian, so I have easy access these days!

I like these kinds of questions - keep up the good work~

1. I love any movie with Russell Crowe - even the mediocre ones. I especially like Gladiator, Insider, master and Commander, and a couple of old ones - Proof (NOT Proof of Life!), ROmper Stomper and Mystery, Alaska.

2. I like lots of stuff, but I'm feeling more drawn to old jazz, especially the ladies.

3. I LOVE to read. I am slowly going through the Patrick O'Brien books (upon which Master and commander was based), and I also love Patricia Cornwell and Sue Grafton. Also, the books with Goldie the caterer - forget who wrote them.

4. Chevy Impala - way back in college Dad gave me the old family Impala - that was a MONSTER sized car!

5. I am a talented and persisten planner. :)

6. Biggest fear: falling. I am convinced that mybody has the ability to fly up and over railings and crash 20 stories to the ground. At least, that's what the lurch in my stomach feels like when I get up high. Flying is no picnic either, although I am doing better than a few years ago.

7. Outdoors - taking our dog, Gus to the Bark Aprk or other place where he can romp off leash. He is beautiful to watch - sorta greyhound-like.

i didn't think the questions were too hard or nosy ;) I think it's pretty darn cool to discover how much I have in common with my WISH friends!!

1. Movie? I usually go in phases, right now I love Nemo and Pirates but I always LOVE The Princess Bride

2. Music? I have a wide variety in my collections too -- some oldies like Beatles and Carpenters, Mamas and the Papas; I also like instrumentals as background music in the house. In the car I listen to christian artists (love Nicole Nordeman, Natalie Grant, Caedmon's Call...)

3. Books? LOVE to read! I like Karen Kingsbury, Jan Karon and then thrillers like Patricia Cornwell, etc but my favorite author is Janet Evanovich! Delswife reminded me of Janet E!

A meal at The Melting Pot restaurant inspired us as we all loved it and it was very expensive!

3. Books? Not a big reader but I drive hours every week for my job and listen to books on tape. I love the Harry Potter series!!!!

4. Car? I just got a 2002 silver Honda Civic. My little silver bullet.

5. Type of person? I plan our Disney vacations to the minute. I am however, very laid back.

6. Fear? Irrational fear of the dark, and of heights and the my kids are getting older.

9. Meal? I don't do much of the cooking. I like to make appetizers and desserts. I will put together a taco dip for carryins or a treat at home. Refried beans over cream cheese with shredded cheese over and heated in microwave to melt cheese. Then spread room temperature salsa over. Top with chopped lettuce, green onions, black olives, etc. Plop sour cream over veggies.

- Well, my favorite SERIES is Star Wars, but favorite movie? My favorite "Fun" movie is Raiders of the Lost Ark. My favorite "serious" movie is Citizen Kane. I'm a big cinemaphile, so this one could go on forever. :D

2. Music? A whole lot of different things, but my favorite would be film soundtracks especially the scores of John Williams. I also love the band Offspring, but my favorite artist is Weird Al Yankovic!

3. Books? Well, I'm in management at a major book chain, if that tells you anything :D Fave author is the late, great Douglas Adams, and favorite book is The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy. If anyone needs any book recommendations, let me know :D

4. Car? No car, no license at 27. Pathetic, huh? My GF drives me everywhere, and we have a 1995 Nissan Altima that we just spent $400 on to fix :mad:

1. What is your favorite movie? Geez, that's a tough one. I love "Gone With The Wind", and really like "You've Got Mail", "Big", and just about anything with Tom Hanks in it. I also love watching those old movies on AMC and Turner Classic Movies.

6. What is your biggest fear? I hate to even mention it, let alone think about it, but it is to God forbid, develop a horrendous disease like ALS or something of that nature, or that something terrible would happen to a loved one.

That's easy, walking through the parks at WDW, lounging at the pool at one of the WDW resorts, rocking on the porch at VWL, or if I can't be doing any of that, then it would be camping with DH and friends either at the Jersey shore or at Gettysburg, PA, or on our annual all-girls camping trip to Lancaster, PA.

8. What is your favorite curse word? It's bad, so I don't want to say it, but I'm trying to reform, LOL. I usually mostly say it at work, but only to myself under my breath.:D

9. What is your favorite meal to make? Nothing!! I hate to cook. Actually, DH loves to cook, and usually does as often as he can, gourmet type food, which is why I now belong to WISH!:teeth: If I HAVE to cook, then I would have to say Thanksgiving dinner, as I think I do a superb job, and it's the one meal I tell DH is all mine to make, but he usually horns in with a few appetizers or desserts!

Something bad happening to my son. I got nauseated just considering this question.
