View Full Version : Anyone having trouble with Milesource?

Is anyone else having trouble getting their milesource points? Yesterday and today I did not get credit for clicking on the category tabs across the top of the home page. I also got an e-mail that said I did not answer trivia correctly yesterday even though I gave the correct answers. Going to WDW in July so I need all the points I can get.

The same thing happened to me. I emailed them about the trivia mistake. But I think we'll all just have to forget about those seven points for the CATEGORY FEATURES. They probably won't work all weekend.

Yep, me too - I guess it's good to know I'm not the only one. i e-mailed and told them that these types of problems are why I had stopped doing Milesource for a while.

I have two Milesource accounts. One I click from work and answer trivia, the other I click from home. I usually answer the trivia for both with the same answers, unless I realize I made an error or have no clue and pick at random(I don't usually come over here for the answers :rolleyes: ). The email for the first account saif I answered all three correctly. The second email said I had none answered correctly, even hough I'm certain that two were the same answers. (I may have changed the answer I picked for the 2nd question).
I sent an email back to Milesource, now waiting for a reply.

Milesource emailed me today, and gave me credit for all of my correct answers. They apologized for their technical difficulties.

I haven't been doing anything with them for two months, in which time I've been trying to cash out and still unable to do so. I've email, but that didn't help.
