I walked 3 miles in 46 minutes over my lunch hour!

The Firm's Cardio Sculpt.:D But since we're going to a birthday party tonight, I also did 2 Mile WATP--I want to eat a piece of cake tonight and not feel guilty.:rolleyes:

I went to Curves this morning. Planning on walking for 1 hour this evening.

*pant pant* *gasp* *pant* Just finished a mile on the elliptical trainer. took me a wee bit longer today 27:01 opposed to 23 yesterday. Now I'm going to go and collapse *g*
Woohoo on those I see posted before me and poor Lasea's blistered heel. :-( Do you use mole skin? Not sure if that helps after you have one or note but after someone posted about it on the boards in 2002 I started taking it with me to prevent rub spots from my sneaker mules. Still a wee bit sore even with it but no angry blisters yet.
Now I'll cheer those who are doing their exercise this evening from a prone position *g* Go Mickey Fans Go :-D

I did my Firm's CardioSculpt video. Approx 55 mins this AM. I feel so much better when I start my day off this way. If I wait to do it later in the day, it just doesn't get done.

another day, another run. 42 minute run (why i didn't pick 40 or 45, i just don't know :p ) and a 15 minute walk. total run: 4.25 mi, total walk: 1 mi. also did crunches.
hoping the weather is as "warm" as they say tomorrow, because i'm not running outdoors in anything under 30! (during the week i run at the free gym at my office, but it's closed on weekends)

WATP 2 mile with stretch band and worked chest at the gym.

An hour on the tread mill for me. That is the first time I have gone over 45 minutes. It really felt great!
