Please share your favorite menu item at Emeril's

I was looking over the menu at Emeril's, Orlando. Just for fun, for those of you who have eaten there - what would you recommend?

In no particular order:

1) Study of Duck
2) Ribeye
3) Salmon Pizza w/carmalized onions
4) Shrimp appetizer
5) Side of Garlic mashed potatoes
6) Banana Cream pie

I ate the quail there and it was very juicy and gamey. They included a lot of vegetables and oysters. Yum! :)

Yummy! Sounds great!! :D The duck sounds good to me too!

Just curious: Was the quail de-boned and/or stuffed?
