Discounts?

I just took my first trip too Disneyland and I loved It! Stayed at the paradise Pier. Does anyone know of any discounts at the grand Californian? Thanks!

The Disney Club offers a discount-rooms are 232 for the summer!

That's the Grand Californian! It is standard view but can overlook the courtyard where the monorail passes through. You can get discounts on the other views too! I will be there in 9days-can't wait!

Also, Laura, I was told that DC discounts for Disneyland only applied to packages, though a few folks have gotten them on "room only" by calling the resort directly. Is that what you did, or were you able to get a "room only" reservation directly through the DC number?

I called the Disneyland hotel number and was able to get that rate! My rooms have been booked since Feb. though. I am not sure if they changed it since then.

We wanted to add an additional night to the nights we had already reserved, so we called approx. 2 weeks ago and got a Disney Club rate of $270 per night for a park view, or $230 for a standard view. We called the Disneyland Resort number -- not Grand Californian direct.
