Should I be concerned about MyPoints?

After reading all of the posts here the past few weeks, I am getting concerned about MyPoints. Do you think they are going to fold soon? We've seen so many RPs come and go and not pay out. I don't have enough points for what I want yet, but if there is any chance that I will lose them all, I may cash out soon. So, what do you think? Thanks!

I cashed in soome MyPoints the Saturday after Christmas for a Rainforest Cafe gc and I got my gift card last Saturday. Not bad for turnaround time. I think MyPoints will be ok, but some of these other ones that take forever to get I would watch out for.

I ordered a reward on 12/27 and received it yesterday. Now if only memolink will send out prizes. I've been waiting 5 months now for a gc and they are not returning my emails.

I ordered the AMC Theatre tickets on November 13, and never did receive them. My Points has shown 3,000 of my points pending since that date. They tried to pass me off, saying I had to take it up with AMC, but after going 'round about it via e-mail, I finally got them to reinstate the 3,000 points to my account this Monday, the 12th.

What a hassle!! I am very disappointed with them, right now.
