I did . . . a little over a mile on the treadmill every morning, although some mornings I have to force myself to hop on.

I wasn't able to make it through the entire video this 1st time (60 minutes long), but I will keep at it!

I did my 2 mile WATP tape. I wanted to get started on the couch to running 5k routine but my daughter had a headache and wanted to hold off. Hopefully we will start that tonight.

I walked a mile on the treadmill. I hope I finish my book today at lunch or I'll be tempted to do the treadmill again tonight and finish the book instead of WATP and I don't like doing the same thing several days in a row - I like to mix it up a bit.

I am so impressed with those that can work out twice in one day! Wow! I did 30 minutes of the FIRM cardio sculpt with the medium weights.

Me, finally! Did 35 minutes on the treadmill, some crunches and sissy push-ups. That will probably be my routine for a while, but will try to up the treadmill time a bit. Doing it again tomorrow! Diana

Twice for me, too. I did The Firm Cardio Sculpt in the AM (very early), then took a 20 minute fast walk with DH in the evening.

Now, today is another story, ha!

I walked on the treadmill for 1 hour yesterday.

I have been doing the WATP DVD's but I finally unburied the treadmill and that is a BIG accomplishment for me!

I did 2 Karate classes back to back. Our instructor has a last minuite meeting so DS and I were asked to teach on Monday (actually 14 DS teaches, I assist him, which in itself is an experience LOL). The first class is the kids class, and they do more cardio/arobic stuff than the adult class. Then we had our regular kids class we teach last night. boy are my legs sore.

Oh I also did 100 "crunches" on my ab-dolly on Mon.
