When are the crowds the lightest?

I know it is slow for the 2 weeks before Christmas... ARE THERE ANY OTHER TIMES WHEN THE CROWDS ARE LIGHT?

The week after Labor Day until Thanksgiving, the week after Thansgiving until the week of Christmas are light, as is January until about May or so. (Three day weekends, Spring Break, and Easter are some of the most crowded times though)
