replacement member card

I requested a replacement card last fall because mine was worn out. Then 2 additional times since then because it never came. Well, guess what came today 10 months later......NEW CARDS....spruce

hi: my dh lost his card somewhere in the house and we couldn't find it. it took almost 6 months before ms sent out the replacement.

My member number was almost completely worn off my old card (the new ones are raised numbers this was flat). It took at least a month but a new one arrived on Saturday. I noticed the return address was DVC but in Duluth, Georgia. Must be some type of fulfillment operation that does the cards.

That's interesting that the replacement cards have raised numbers. Our original DVC cards of 1992 vintage had raised numbers (like a credit card). The new cards they sent us in 96/97 or so are all flat, and wear off easily. :(
