Has anyone done this. I am curious whether it is worth it. Also what about the 1 hour night tour do you get eaten alive by the bugs?

We did the half hour boat ride during the day in March and all absolutely loved it!! :)

It was really exhilerating, we saw a lot of alligators and other wildlife, the captain was really informative and it was lovely to escape into 'real Florida' for a short while! As much as I adore the Theme Parks it was a breath of fresh air (literally!) to get away from the commercialisation for a while!

Boggy Creek have a very good web site from which you can also print off some money off coupons, sadly I don't have the web address to hand but I'm sure someone else here can help.

Hopes that's of some help

Also if you have the orlando entertainment book, they have a coupon for 50% good for up to 4 people. We're going in October.

Riverview, I did the night-time tour last year in May and don't remember any problem with bugs or bites. However, in June, July and August I would definitely use a good bug repellant before doing the ride - which is quite thrilling, and very different to the ride during the day.

Thanks for the help. SimonV is the night tour after dark or at dusk? Riverview :smooth: :bounce: :p :bounce:
