I've been on a not so strict version of low carb and excercise every day! Walking to start and now I'm up to 3 - 5 miles jogging 7 days/week and light weights 4 days. As the cardio increases the diet strictness decreases!

Congratulations Kirk, you should be proud of yourself. Thanks for posting your before and after pictures. It's funny because now I can see what losing 60lbs actually looks like. I think it is easier to see a difference in other people than it is in ourselves!!
