Christmas Mickey Head Lights

Does anybody know where or if you can buy the Mickey Head lights that you see alot at the Osbourne Lights at MGM. It looks like these use rope lights around a metal shape of Mickey. I love them. Any ideas?

I would think you could make those. Use 3 wire wreath forms connected and wrap the lights around them.
