Kentucky Fried Chicken on Atkins Induction?

I really want to eat with DH tonight. Can I eat KFC, as long as the chicken's not breaded? How about the cole slaw? I know the Potatoes and Corn on the Cob are out. Sorry if this question is answered in the book-I've misplaced it. Our house is up for sale and in my mad dash to pick up today to prepare to show it, I've put the book somewhere. Hope I find it soon! Thanks!

the coleslaw more than likely has sugar in it...I'm not aware of many places that make it without.

I'm pretty sure all KFC chicken is breaded - even the Original Recipe. But, if you peel off the skin, you'll be fine! :)
