How bad do you think it will be the week of March 15th without FOTL ? We are doing WDW 3 days and 2 days at US/IOA. Hopefully we'll be beating the Spring Break crowds !! We have designated one day for each, we won't be park hopping, at least that is the plan :)

Thanks,
Cheryl

You should be OK if you get there at opening and tour the most popular attractions first. FYI, March 15 is a teacher planning day and no school here.

we were there this past memorial day weekend and it was crowded but with FOTL...we never waited more than 5 minutes for anything....went on Hulk 2x in a row and took us a total of 10 mins

Hi clm3. Just an FYI, for Ontario, Canada, March Break is from March 12-March 19/04. I know, as my wife is an elementary teacher, and we are taking our 5 yr.old. son to WDW for his first trip. There are over 10 million people in Ontario (Toronto, Ottawa, Hamilton, Windsor etc.) not that they will all be in Orlando (I hope not!!).

I hope that the crowds are bearable during your vacation and ours.

take care,

Hi All,
In the Minneapolis area alone, there are 3 different weeks that the surrounding school districts have their breaks. So to really avoid springbreak crowds you'd have to avoid most of March and April! Too hard. We're heading down the last week of March during ours. I am looking for warm weather and for FOTL to make that week a hit! We'll go early to the parks to help with the crowds.

Afterward we plan to lounge around at Clearwater Beach for a few days of quiet after the action packed time at US and IOA. Last time we did this the first week of April and with planning ahead didn't have a problem with crowds at WDW.
(1st time to US & IOA!!)

I can't wait!! :Pinkbounc

Sounds like a plan. WDW just released the Florida resident Play 4 deal again and they have blackout dates 4/3-4/15. That must be when they consider it to be Spring Break.
FOTL and going early should be OK. Have fun. FYI, it is only going to make it to 70 today.

70! That is tropical beach weather to us up in the tundra! I am so very jealous ::yes::
If it is 70 when we are in FL, I will be happy.

I don't want to bust your bubble and I am sure you would have a great time, but I won't go to the parks without FOTL. If I did, I would have to do the park commando style and that is the last thing I want to do on vacation. Have fun no matter what you decide!:D
