If anyone is military or retired military the commisary sells the bread mixes/muffin mix, etc for 3.60 and the sauces are 2.58... the bars are 4.78 for 5 and the shakes are around 5 and change for 4....

West Point Commissary only had the shakes last month, I didn't realize they were going to be selling the other stuff. Hope I can find it. I don't care for the bars, but I do use the shakes, and once in a while I will have a bagel, but be careful if you toast the bagels.. they burn really fast! What sauces are you referring too?

They carry Steak Sauce, Ketchup, Strawberry Sauce, Raspberry Sauce, Chocolate Sauce, Maple Syrup...

Did you notice any KETO products? My DH doesn't care for the Atkins ketchup. (I don't use it, so don't miss it. )

Are those similar to Atkins or are they vitamins/weight loss pills? We use the Patrick AFB Commisary in Melbourne, Florida.
