I have a question for anyone out there. Can you buy the Italian charm bracelets and charms in any of the stores in the parks or at DTD? I just purchased by bracelet from the DISStore! But we will be in the parks in 2 weeks and I really wanted to get charms then! Any help anyone?? TIA

I haven't shopped for them but I have noticed them around in giftshops in the parks etc... So yes you can get them.

There are actually a couple of different types of italian charms available. There are the stainless charms that run about $25 apiece, the single dangler charms run about $45, the double dangler charms run about $60. If you just want to quickly fill your bracelet, there are also a metal charm that is $3. The choices are pretty limited: Mickey, Minnie, Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, Belle, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Tinker Bell, jewelled Mickey heads that lose their stones quite easily (I broke lost 2 stones in 2 different charms in 3 months and my friend lost 2 in 2 charms in the same amount of time)
Most of the larger stores have them in the display cases. World of Disney has the book you can look through as well. They are actually very easy to find and you can decide if you want to get all the expensive charms or start with the cheaper ones and work your way up to the expensive ones.
The website www.dollsandducks.com (http://www.dollsandducks.com) has roughly the same selection that they have in the parks, but if you have an AP, you can use your 10% discount at World of Disney and get them a little cheaper!

There are also TONS of disney charms on eBay. I thought I only wanted to buy mine from WDW, but when I saw the prices, I couldn't pass them up. The ones I have bought online are stamped with "Disneyland" on the back, but all have come on Disney cards and are the official charms.
Good luck with getting yours--I am finished filling my first and onto my second!

I have seen other charms in other places, but since I am going to be there I wanted to buy at least one charm there as my souvenir for this trip!! I only just purchased my base from the DIS last night, and since I only ordered one piece, I will probably buy several of the lower priced charms to fill it in so I can wear it. I really can't wait! It is so exciting! Of course, I will still buy my pins down there, cause I'm a pin fanatic who wears them almost every day!!!
Thanks again,
