Monday I only did one mile, Tuesday and I did the 3 mile WATP and Wednesday I did a 45 minute Denise Austin firming video. I have not done that one in a while and my thigh muscles still hurt.

I did Curves on Tuesday.

I went to the gym on Monday and Wednesday. Monday I did step aerobics and abs and on Wednesday, I lifted weights (arms, back and chest) and did some ab work. Tuesday I went for a walk after dinner.

Me, me, me! I got the WATP videos for Christmas. I have done the WATP strong (2 miles) each day except yesterday, when my family and I took about a 2 1/2 mile walk around our historic park which was closed. I haven't opened the other set of videos, but will probably need to do the 3 mile one soon, since I can do the 2 mile one w/ interval training pretty easily!

I did the first two workouts of my "Couch to 5K" on Monday and Wednesday.

Tuesday: "Firm" cardio workout tape
Wednesday: scheduled rest day

I exercised moderately on Monday. Due to medical reasons I couldn't do my regular workout so all I did was walk at a slow pace with no incline on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then I rode the Life Cylce on level 1 for 20 minutes.

Monday I didn't - still in holiday mode
Tuesday I did my 3 mile WATP
Wednesday I took our DD (darling doggie) on a 2.5 mile brisk walk
