Hi all. I'm only officially week one, so I don't have the literature on WW Activity Points. Can you help?

1) Can you still only eat 4 activity points per day? I've earned 5 for today, so I was wondering how that works.

2) I do online tracking and if I search for elliptical machine and put in 40 minutes, it says I earned 5 points. However, if I use the activity point calculator and enter my weight/time/intensity, it says I've earned 6 points. Which number is more accurate? According to the machine, I burned 500 calories and I was at top of my heart rate range the entire time. I'm only counting it as five, but was wondering which was right. And, if I can only eat four, then it doesn't matter, right?

I looked through my materials and only found a suggestion that you not earn more than 4 points/day when beginning.

I would say -- eat 4 and call the rest "accelerator points"!
