My First Paper Piecing: Christmas Angel

Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to this board, but not to the DIS! I was in a Christmas ornament swap, and came up with this adorable angel. I thought it would be easy, but took me forever, as I had to make fourteen, and got way too involved, but I think she turned out cute. What do you think?

Thank you so much for your compliment.:D Yea, I had to make fourteen, crazy huh? The swap was with the other instructors for the scrapbook company I recently joined, so I wanted them to be nice, and got a little compulsive over them. As I got toward the end of making them, I got a little quicker, as I figured out how to be more organized with making them, like doing all the wings at once, and all the hair, etc., but I'll definitely rethink the next swap I do, LOL. Since not many people I know are into scrapping, my family & friends don't realize the work that goes into these things, so I thought I would share here. This is a great board, and I plan to visit frequently.:teeth:

I can't believe she was your first! She looks great. What an accomplishment, really. I buy paper piecings from e-bay all the time and i'm in such awe of the work.
