This is making me nuts! I was all set to bring our umbrella stroller for our dd who will be 32 months when we head for WDW in April... Then I saw someone who went last year who said "Don't bring your stroller... Rent one"... My thought was this... The Stroller would be great in the airport. We can gate check the stroller.. We are staying at the Dolphin so walking to EPCOT etc. is a possibility... I could always rent one at MK if I needed too, right? I would love any input!!!

I would bring my own stroller. If it will be useful to you in the airport and outside of the parks I would definately bring it along. I will be going to wdw in Oct. with my 35 month old and am planning on bringing my own stroller because it is easy to push, more narrow than the ones you rent and easier to find because it does not look like every other stroller there! I can also hang my bag off the umbrella handles which makes it nice since no one will have to carry it. Hopefully others will give their 2 cents on whether you should bring on or rent and help you make your decision.

Bring your own. Not only will it be nice to have in the airport, but you could buy another stroller for the amount you will spend on rentals. And you'll be waiting in lines to rent and return when you could be out enjoying yourself.

for a not yet 3 year old I would definitely bring your own, I think the rentals are only really good for older kids, although even then the only time my 6 year old needed a ride was from the park to the car, and a rental wouldn't have helped then (funny how the exhaustion hits as soon as the fun is over)

Thanks everyone! 1 more decsion made!:D
to bring your own. We recommend one of the umbrella type strollers so that you can fold it up easily when getting on and off the buses, boats, rides, etc. And, it takes up less room in your room, car, etc. I have never seen the benefit of renting those HUGE, clunky strollers at the parks!
We stayed at the Dolphin in November and LOVED IT!!!!!! Greta resort and we did get that "Disney " feeling from the great staff. Be sure to ask for a renovated room with a view of Epcot.
Enjoy!!!!!
