I know I read a post a while back about some of the best pools at off-site hotels, but I can't seem to find it now? Any suggestions out there?

My vote for the most awesome off-site pool goes to
Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress.

Not sure if I already m,entioned this, but the pool at the new Hard Rock Hotel is pretty awesome (with a sound system under the water!!).
