is there a place online that tells what places are giving dvc members discounts like disney quest 20% off maybe;) for the end of this month

On the member's only site you can find a list of current discounts. It is the same list in your current Vacation Magic. When you arrive at a DVC resort, you will also get a list of current discounts.....I am not sure how complete that list is, I seem to remember it being very complete.
