Passholder link on Web page

Has anyone had any luck getting into the link on the official WDW web page for Passholders? If so, what number did you use on the back of your annual pass? I keep getting the message that my number is not recognized. Hopefully someone has gotten in.

You have to use the alphanumeric number at the bottom of the pass. On mine, it's right under the valid through date. It's three letters, followed by a colon, followed by three numbers, followed by the date I purchased it, followed by three additional numbers. Do not use the hyphen in the date.

For example, if you number reads:

ABC:123 01/01/04 123

Type in:

ABC123010104123

That's what worked for me.
