I worked out at Curves.

I rode my bike for 20 minutes. Trying to up the time I spend to 30 minutes at least.

I did my work out at Curves - and going back tonight (since they close at 12n tomorrow, and are closed on Thursday).

Mon I bowled 5 games & spent about 15 min working with weights.

Although I haven't been posting on a regular basis I have been exercising at least 5 days/wk. Usually it is 30 min on the Gazelle & 15 min strength training.
