Hi all, Long time no pins!! We are back from Russia with our new son. He is great. There are a few things we need to work through. The biggest problem is the overstimulation. So this has left our annual trip to Disney out for this year. The reason this is difficult is that ever since my husband and I met 10 years ago we have attended every New Years at Disney world. We even took a 24 hour trip because he was unable to get off work.

Well, with that said I need help with a late Christmas present. I would love to surprise him with a New Years sweatshirt and pins. Is there a way to buy these online? Or if someone is going to be at Disney could I send money to have you pick these up.

Although our reason for not going is wonderful, it will be strange skipping a year at our favorite place!!

Thanks
Connie

Congratulations on your newest and best Christmas gift. I have a friend who just adopted a 9 month old boy and his 24 month old sister from Russia. The children are the cutest two I have seen since my boys and my niece and nephew were born. I wish you tons of luck with him, keep us informed, and we love pictures.
I sent you an e-mail. I will be at WDW during the New Year and would gladly pick up whatever you want and mail it to you on the 2nd of January. The pins won't be released until Jan 1 anyhow, so it will have to be a late Christmas gift.
Send me a PM or e-mail and let me know. Peggie

Hi Connie,

I am so thrilled for you.

What is your son's name?

Does he have a lanyard yet?

Just think how special next NEw Years will be when you are able to take your new son with your to WDW.

Best of luck and have a wonderful holiday.

Darlene

Thanks.

His name is Nikolas Maksim Ashcraft. He is 27 mos old. We are still trying to work out the English/Russian language problem. He doesn't have an lanyard yet, but I hope to get him one before we go next year.

I am going to try to find some sort of Birthday pin from 2001 (his birth year) to start it.

Any ideas would be helpful. Pinpics can be confusing.
