Everytime I've been through ATL I've had to travel pretty far to get to the other terminal and tram. I'm taking my elderly father this trip and he can't walk too far. I think you can get some help or a wheelchair, but how do you go about that? Also, are there elevators instead of the escelators to get to the tram?

Thanks in advance for your help. I just want this to go smoothly....

According to: http://www.atlanta-airport.com/sublevels/customer_service/disabled.htm

Airline representatives at Hartsfield-Jackson are available to provide wheelchair assistance. To reserve a wheelchair, please contact the airline directly, prior to the scheduled flight.
